Map Color

Here is a screenshot comparing part of the map from the beginning of Case Geld and one on page 2:

The scale is slightly different--is that what's changed the map color? Or does the player have the ability to pick and choose his own national colors? (Something I'd love!)

The second screen is MUCH easier to deal with--slight tints work much better than the heavy, primary colors--I won't mention the far East!--so the color on the borders is better than the color in the interior in the first screen.

And in another one rails have a different color--user selectable or just a new build? The World awaiting War wants to know!

the right picture is during a Winter turn, Cold regions suffer Winter effects and are shown in a lighter tint.

the 2 pictures are taken at different zoom levels OR one was scaled in an editor.

rail never changes color

By the way, there is a graphic feature that shows "cold weather areas" with a white border (as seen in the first screenshot). I have this feature turned off on my machine.
