Problems with the Profiles screen

I'm getting some strange behaviour on the Profiles setup screen.
1. Changes don't always seem to update correctly.
2. Pressing "delete profile" doesn't delete the profile that's visible. e.g., I have two profiles, one newly entered. I switch to the older profile, attempt to delete it (it disappears), but when I right-click on the profiles choice box, it's the new profile that was deleted, and the one that disappeared still remains. Strange stuff.
