Post by rjinwootton »

playing a pbem -question.......is is better to leave damaged units (ie tank with no weapons or an art piece which has misfired) on the map or take them off through the retreat hex...how do they differ points wise on the final score??

pah. don't you know that in PBEM games, AFVs that get main gun malfunctions automatically are delegated to suicide scout duty? [;)]

Jokes aside, I've never really thought about it. I suppose if you retreat your units off the map, you will get vp for them....?

Back in the 'ol day [;)] the retreat gave your opponent the points. Not sure if it's still that way though.

The designated "Exit" hex will give you points if you take yer units off that way.
