Babylon 5 Mod?

I was just wondering whether anyone has done a Babylon 5 mod (B5 Wars or Fleet Action). If not, is there any interest out there in such a mod?

I don't know if the term 'Mod' adequately describes the Starshatter B5 mod...Obsession is probably closer:
