radar on ships

Is this fixed in the patch or is it not known. I know that this has been discussed about radar not repairing but noticed something else when I was making a custom scenario based on scen15. Several BB's in the classes as well as ships tab in the editor had CXAM radar listed on dev 11-20 page of the view but showed it with num=0 & turrets=0 with no facing. I saw this on the ships as well as the class & upgrade class of several US BB's - Penn & N Mex in class & Ariz, Penn, Idaho, N Mex & Miss on the ships tab.

No, I remember from the earlier discussion that this is supposedly fixed in 1.3.

I'm patched to 1.21 but was wondering if this was noticed & this is fixed in 1.3 or is it a workaround in 1.3 to get ships to repair radar & the problem I stated still exists.

It is fixed.. But it was an OOB problem which means if you don't start over it won't be fixed..

Plan on restarting when 1.3 comes out [&o]. Just noticed the missing radar mentioned in my first post from when I was working on a custom scen15 and looked at the ships in the db.
