How to increase the experience of jap fighters?

hi everybody,

i'm playing again scn 19 and i'm mid 43.
all my bombers, vals, kates .... have exp 90 but my fighters are always somewhere near 60.
some pilots with exp 55 have more than 100 missions flown.
CAP doesn't help and sweeps are not showing any success..

any tips for me?

You can only train them up to 60, after that they have to get operational exprience.

Combat missions are the only real way to improve them, find a sort target and pound on it!
