Leader Abilities can they increase?

I realize there are a few leader problem with WITP. Could someone tell me if leader attributes should increase with experience. Also, anyway of changing attributes? For example lower MacArthur's numbers etc...

Truthfully, I don't know. I doubt they do, but there's lots about this game that surprises me.

I can confirm that the Moderators/Devs have stated they do. I have not seen it yet, though.

I wonder if the leaders improve in the "Surface Actions, Air Operations, Land Combat, and Administration" rather that the "Overall Skill and Inspiration"? I know I've yet to see a leader go up in the later two and there's no way that I know of to check the other four, but they're there in the database.

Or allow them to be used as they really were. RADM Spruance is stuck as just a task force commander even though he commanded the 5th Fleet. Oh well, we can deal with these things [:D]
