Oddly, there's a free 1.0 tons in this design. I guess armor was swapped but nothing was done to the weight gained from it.
I see 3 options. Upgrade flares and life support to level 2. Improve scanner to 4, either by dropping flares or reducing comp by 1. Or increase jump ports to 6.
Option 1 seems the weakest improvement, though I don't really like having a medium with ls1. Scanner 4 is a big improvement over 3, with the big decrease in scan time, and nice for called shots with the pulses and CC weapons. JPs 6 allows 2 more hexes jump time at JL1, which is handy for a CC titan. Tough call.
This design, not sure about effectiveness. Those twin pulses look like they are pretty heavy on the heat reg.
