COnversion tools for SP1 to SPWAW?Where can I get them?

Where can I get the Tools for converting SP1 scenarios to SPWAW format. The website mentioned in the SPWAW manual www.freds.webprovider.com justs brings up a file not found message when I try to contect. is there another website that has the tools. She SPItoWW2 is the one I really need sice I think the WAW stuff is on the Mega campaign CD but the first tool is not...
