RE-loading patches from matrix

I am buying a new computer soon and will need to re install witp on the new one. I have the physical CD from matrix and have installed patches up to 1.40 . Will I be able to go onto matrix again and download the patches again ??? I tried to copy the patches onto a cd but couldnt for some reason..[&:]

Download the 1.30 Comprehensive one followed by 1.40.
