What program would I need to copy the map (any of them) and have my local printer print one off that I could laminate for the wall or desk top??

You can take screenshots of the map by using the PrintScreen key and a paint program - MS Paint will work but it's clumsy, PaintShopPro or Photoshop are much better (especially Photoshop) but also hellishly expensive. You can download time-limited free trials for them off the Net, though.

Oh, and taking screenies of the map is probably best done in the MapMaker - you can hide the layer palette and toolbars so you'll get more of the map in one hit which will mean less pasting stuff together in Paint.
