Planes coming from nowhere

Post by Richelieu »

It's maybe the other end of the now well-known "vanishing blackhole" ?
I have see some old japanese Claude join my Zeros in a air battle,
while I do not have this model in units since more than 18 monthes...

Nope, more likely a corrupted unit ... Fow will never add air groups that do not exist to an attack, it will only mess with the results.

Corrupted unit? Does this mean that the Commanding Officer sold the Zeros and got out the old Claudes, pocketing the sale price? [:D][;)]

Naw, more along the lines that there is a fragment of Claudes floating around with no index so it doesn't show up in your lists. Might even be at the base you attacked.

I don't think so.
1 Claude was reported as destroyed in air combat in my intel screen for this day.
I think the program has "converted" one of my normal A6M2 in A5M4 during
this attack, the question is why ?
Another effect of the "The Final Countdown" ! [:D]
