Boxed versions of "Case Blue" and "The last days" are now available in our e-store.

I want to acquire Case Blue & The last Days from your site, preferably through e-downloading to save on shipping charges and taxes. Unfortunately, while using your site, I can only get as far in the buy process as the selection of "USA/Other". As soon as I click on that I get a new web page with an "http 500 error" saying www.digitalriver.com is not available or not found.

Furthemore for a reason that is beyond my comprehension at present, I can reach all of the pages at your site except for the "STORE" one. There again, when I select "STORE" I get an "http 500 error" saying page not available or not found.

I have tried with both of my computers while selecting low internet Zone security and disabling AV and firewalls. I have also tried to allow every possible form of active X with no success. I have bought many programs through digital River before without any snags.

My main computer has Windows XP Pro SP2 with latest MS Internet Explorer and Zone Alarm Suite.

My spare computer has Windows ME with latest MS Internet Explorer and Zone Alarm Suite.

I see from the postings on the pertinent forums that some simmers have successfully downloaded or bought Case Blue & TLD from you; so the problem has to be some kind of security incompatibility between me and your site and possibly also digital river.
Could you possibly query your web sale gurus to assert if there is a special security or protocol requirement to get to the digital download or your web page.
