Want to try Sec 4 first as it's the closest this game has to what UV covered and will be a good one to get used to things.
Willing to play either side. Can average around 2-4 turns a day back to you. Only rule changes I would propose is that both sides have sub doctrine turned off and reinforcement rates are varied.
