KIA format?

Battles In Normandy is the third game in the Decisive Battles game series. Battles in Normandy recreates all aspects of the Normandy campaign, from the landings on the first day to the final climax of the campaign at Falaise. Strategic Studies Group rewrote the Decisive Battles game engine for Battles in Normandy with a host of new special rules for amphibious and airborne operations, plus a huge number of other enhancements.

KIA format?

Hello,

Could a kind soul please provide some insight as to what the format of the KIA on the updated operational screen is.

Not sure what the format you're asking about is...

In general KIA = # of units destroyed... operational map data tracks this by number of units destroyed per turn (along with points earned each turn).

Thx for answering JSS.

The question I had was for the points earned. The numbers for Axis and Allies on the operational screen are not the same as the one I see when I press 'q'. E.g. in my current game, I'm in turn 3 and 'q' shows 155 points for Axis, while the operational screen shows 175 points on turn 2. .

The info displayed along the right hand side is always for the previously completed turns.

If you look to the bottom left hand side of the display you see the current game info (same info seen using "q" hotkey). That way you can see how many points & KIA's happened by turn and see the current status in one display window.

I see... The numbers in the columns on the right side include VPs from Towns as well as KIAs. That's what confused me. Thx for your help mate.
