Help me beat the AI
OK I'm starting the 40 scenario as the Commies.
THE Germans got a bloody nose in France with 4 panzers damaged.
I'm using 16 bit color and the low res graphics in these screenshots since I have multiple apps open to do this. I'm also windowing the game vice full screen.
OK its spring 40. GErmany pretty much always invades in the summer 41 turn, so we have sp40, su40, fa40, wn41 and sp41 5 turns to prepare for the invaison by building up the quatity and capability of our army, and the robustness of our logistics and infrastructure.
We have 25 production points per turn. The icons on the production spiral show how many turns a production point must be spent to build a unit. THE turn it is deployed it take 2 population points to man up.
So what strategy should I use to allocate resources to the taks of reasearch, production of units and production of supplies and factories?
I'll post screeneies here in minute ans will be in teh chat to answer questions.

RE: Help me beat the AI
1 production point (a factroy point plus a resource point) produces 5 supply units. one SU allows a unit to move, or fight offensively. 1 SU provides defensive supply to a whole region. Moving a second region (Armor and fleets) cost extra.
Building a factory takes 5 turns (5 production points - 1 per turn)
Having more factories than resources wastes factories, having more resources than factories, accumulate - to a point
How many factoreis should i buy?
How much supply?

Production is allocated by regions. You set the production based on the regions capability. FLeets can only be produced in regions with port facilities.
Here are the new resource and factory reports
