Help Please for TLD patch and install. (I don't speak english very well)

First of all excuse me for my english, I'm italian and don't speak english.
I've installed FB+BOE+AEP+PF 3.04. Now, I'm downloading "The Last Days".
I read on this, and other forums, that I may have problems in the RAF and US campaigns and there are compatibility issues between BOE and TLD. Also I read the there is a beta patch that can solve this problems.
Can anyone explain me if (and how) it's possible to install BOE and TLD? and how can I obtain the patch?
Please answer me in basic english,

Soon, I miscalculated quite awful three months a go by saying 2 weeks.

But I promised X1 to have it done real soon.
I am already working on it for almost 24 / 7.
