Database Question XI

I've noticed something odd (I think it is) concerning 6 LCU's for Sc015. The unit nmbers are 2180,2199,2208,2214,2228 and 2229.

All are listed as Soviet and located in Russia. Percular thing is that they arean't attached to any command and there force structure is USMC and USAAF. I confirmed this in the database.

Anyone have any insight as to what these 6 LCU's are ?
