Why is Jock still a Rookie (Rank 1) ??

Hmmm, I've been playing the game for over a Year (on and off). And been Lurking the ToS forums on and off as well. But now i have a bug to report. My newest member of my Unit needs 3600 exp to make Rank 2, but she now has 3623 exp and still shows as Rank 1. She is a human female with a Charisma of 12. Thought you'd like to hear about that. I hope after her next battle that the bug will go and she will get to make her well deserved next Rank. I'll let ya know if things continue to hang ....

Most likely she fled from last battle. Cowards aren't promoted afterwards.

Does same go for Jocks who get their mech shot out from under them. I'm pretty sure her mech was destroyed in the game ... yet I was able to rebuild it in in the Factory. I'll be playing tonight so hopefully she'll be lvl 2 in a hour or two, hehehe.
