Coastwatchers Bug - 2.40v Patch

Several posts /threads re this already - but none mention that the many new coast watchers appear to be Japanese, as the "target" symbol surrounding the binoculars is RED ( previously all BLUE), and are of Allied shipping. The sightings are more numerous and often in all sea hexes several hexes ( 3+ ) from land. Thought this should be reported.

Have noticed the same "bug" and did e-mail 2by3 on the issue but I have received no reply.[:@] I really take the FOW out of any PBEM game. Hope this gets fixed soon
