Is there a way for us to re-register this game in the members section and get a serial number so we no longer have to insert the CD when we want to play?

I suppose Korsun & Dnper scenarios will not be upgraded to work within BIN even if it is for a fee?

I got hit with a virus and need to reinstall KP. Where is the serial number? I can't remember. I checked the box and manual, no luck.
And no I'm not a slug. This is legit.

Sorry, no - the versions you have included a completely different type of copy protection. We can't change that now.

Please note, unless you originally purchased Korsun Pocket online through our online store as a serial number installer (within the last couple of months, the option did not exist before that), then you never had a serial number and do not need one in order to reinstall.

For updates, just click on GAMES above, then on Latest Downloads in the top left. All updates work fine both for the vast majority that have pre-serial number versions and the new owners who have the serialized installer (which doesn't actually need any updates as it is the latest version, come to think of it).

Herc, if you still have the CD, get the 1.12 patch that allows you to play without having the CD in the drive any more!

Brad, if you were download only--which has only been available for a short while for KP--there IS a way to get your download again, but if all you had was the original CD then you just need to reinstall it. If you've lost the CD you're probably out of luck since Matrix would have no record of your purchase. Hmmm, I can't remember if there was an electronic registration form--if so you may be in luck, but Matrix will have to answer your question...

I don't need one. I'm so used to having to punch in serial numbers I didn't even try to install without one. No wonder I couldn't find it. [>:] [:)]
