New Japanese player looking for experience

Hi there,
I'm looking to play a vanilla Senario 15 as the Japanese. I'm not played the big game before, but I'm practiced against the AI with the smaller senarios, and I've played PBEM UV before. I can manage 1 turn/day normally, probably 2 on weekends.

I'm willing to start right away with 1.4, or wait until 1.5.. I'm easy to get along with and not too picky. All I can guarentee is that I won't quit, no matter how bad the situation gets in 45... [;)]
