Help Desk requests and those still waiting for your game...

Post by Paul Vebber »

We made a major dent in clearing out pending shipping problems - those of you who have requests in and have recieved your disk, could you please update the support request with that info? That will help us get the folks still waiting to the head of the line.

Those who needed replacement disks, a glitch preventing those from going out, has been fixed, so you should get them shortly...

Thanks. Still haven't got my replacement yet, but looks like there is light at the end of the tunnel :D

Updated my support request. Still no CD but emailed David last Tuesday and he assured me another would be sent. Hopefully I'll soon get a chance at MCDF.

Hi!

I placed a request on Helpdesk on July 4th.
After receiving the CDs, I updated it on July 9th, stating that the CDs had arrived but that my bank account wasn't charged.
On July 25th, I updated it again stating that my bank account still wasn't charged.
Today, I got two EMails, one from Matrixgames

Re: Bank account not charged (order ID 29665475) (support request Completed)

saying that a replacement package is now en route and one from fedexpress.

Hmmm......

I am unable to update my request (it may have been deleted because it is "solved").
And I fear what might happen if I start a new request.... :)

Strange....

Kind regards,
Roland

What should I do know?

Hi Paul,
I've had some problem with the delivery of my copy of the MCNA. You can see the topic on the "Haven't received pre-order CD" forum.
It's aproblem I really don't understand: your datas on myself were OK, but the adress on the enveloppe was false...

OK, I'll still try to wait as patiently as possible. :p

The bummer is that I'm vacation next week and was hoping to have it to play then.
