Best game from Matrix?

As I await GGWaW, I have been perusing the other games avail from Matrix, considering grabbing another one... Is there a consensus "best game so far" from Matrix?

This really depends on what your preference is.

Its a question that can;nt be answered. You can state your favourite but that doesn't mean its the best game overall.

I feel their are games in devlopment which look so far better than ones that have been released.

I'll give a top three that I think will be mentioned.

1. WiTP
2. SPWAW
3. HTTR

HttR would get my vote, although I'm a big Tin Soldiers fan, too.

Its not an easy question... Matrix pick their stuff carefully and they are all good games. That doesn't mean that they would appeal to everyone though, it depends what your interests are.

4)Flashpoint Germany
note: Flashpoint Germany would be #3 but as the ai is being worked on as we speak and Tin Soldiers was virtually flawless from the start i rated it higher.

Goblin, have you ever actually bought any games from Matrix? I freely admit that I have not, but I've certainly invested a lot of time on Matrix. I WOULD probably buy Combat Leader, but, where is it?

From my personal experience, I will state that the Mega Campaigns for SPWaW are a good replayable investment. With the General's Edition you get all the Megas, PLUS the 8.3 SPWaW game and the hundreds of scenarios/campaigns that are in the free download. The Megas add a whole new dimension to the SPWaW experience.

I had EYSA when it was with Matrix. That lasted about 4 days, and then I traded it for another game...

Steel Panthers World at War "Generals series" I think is the best conglomeration of games in one package. You will get years of play value out of this package. Lots of PBEM opponents and games won't take a lifetime to play out like WitP or BIN ect. etc.
