Help with strategy guide

Post by Error in 0 »

Hello
I bought the strategy guide some time ago, but now I cannot find it on my harddisk. Does anyone know the file name so I can search for it? And if I accidently deleted it, can I download it again?

Did you install it when you first downloaded it? It will make its own directory under the Matrixgames directory. The file name for the download is HTTR-StrategyGuideInstaller. This is a zip file. When you open it, you will find the install exe. Clicking on the exe will install the Strategy Guide, then the PDF file will be available.

By the way, this strategy guide is awsome. I am new to HTTR, and this has helped me a great deal.

Now this is silly...but I cannot find the strategy guide on the Matrix site anywhere...not in Games, Merchandise, Downloads; the Game page has links to many HttR related stuff, but not the guide. Even the HttR site has no mention. Was it scrapped?

After being away awhile, I thought the guide would get me in the mood again...

It' still on the Digital River store pages, just doesn't seem to be any link from the Matrix site. Difficult for anyone to buy it it there's no link to it. [:D]

It's there alright. I first went to the Matrix home page. Select Store from the menu at the top. Select the region you are in. Select World War II from the menu on the side bar. Scroll down and it's just under HHTR Game.

Those are the Digital River store pages aren't they? Surprised there's no link on the Matrix HTTR game page or the "official web site", or at least none that I can find. I wonder how many go straight to the store to buy things unless they've been led there by links from the game pages?

Hmmm...did what you said, but still cannot see it. I'm looking at the Europe store. Weird.

Hope when COTA arrives, I can see that!

As I've got nothing better to do, I just went and had a look. [:D]

If you click on the "World War II" option you only get HTTR listed, but if you click on "All Games" it's listed after HTTR. This applies to the UK and Europe stores. If you select "World War II" on the US store, it's displayed after HTTR!

Looks like the store you choose affects what's available for purchase. [:D]
