Has anyone found this game retail in the UK?

I would download it but I really want the manual, also my printer is knackered.

Not seen in for sale yet in Game etc. Down loaded the game last night and have started looking at the manual. There are two tutorioals in the game which help and then you only need some of the pages from the manual to explain the finer points so you shouldn't need to print out all the 116 pages.

The only copies you might see in the UK would be imports from the US. Not sure if anyone in the UK is importing the US version or not. Matrix hopes to sign a European distribution deal they are working on very soon, and this will ultimately bring the game to Europe in a big way, including various language versions. However, it's expected that it will be several months before the game makes it out to retail via this distribuation deal.

Eventually we hope to see this game translated into many languages and selling worldwide. Hopefully someday a player located in each of the 5 major powers countries could all be playing PBEM with each other (using their own language version).
All understanding comes after the fact.

Ah right, guess I will have to download it then - I don't want to postpone my invasion for too long.

You can, but I'd suggest you e-mail them and ask if they physically have the game in stock before ordering.

I only mention this because Ironduke and I have both just received copies of Take Command 1861 that we ordered aproximately six weeks and eight weeks ago respectively. I had a similar experience in the past with Dominions 2 (although in fairness my card was not debited until despatch on either occasion).
