Esc key should allow us access to main menu

When fast simming a test game (All AI), there's no way to exit the game. THus it would be good if the esc key brought up the menu that allows you to quit a scenario.

Just seconding this motion as it's also painful if you mis-set any of the speed options to very slow and can't escape...[8|]
