can you stop the game during AI turn?

Post by WanderingHead »

Other than Ctrl-Alt-Del is there any way to stop the game during the AI's turn?

I haven't figured it out.

I was having a lot of crashing problems, and after some changes (new MSMedia, low res setting) turned on every player as AI so I could just let it run for a while to see if it crashed.

In fact, since I couldn't stop the game naturally, the only way I got out was indeed when it crashed.

Since then I installed new NVidia drivers, and it hasn't crashed yet. Keeping fingers crossed.

But I'd still like to know how to preempt the AI to exit the game.

No, not yet, but you can in the patch we are testing now. We hope the patch will be available to the public sometime in the next week or so.
