1v1 with 3 AI, Simple Supply

I'd like to play a 1v1 game with all the other countries AI as sort of a head to head match. Possible combinations include:
Germany vs Soviet Union
Germany vs Western Allies
Japan vs Western Allies
It's up to you which one to do....I just don't want to be Germany Settings:

Advanced Supply OFF
Fog of War ON
AI Difficulty Level NORMAL
Supplies Required
Auto Victory
End Date
