installation problem

[Spinoza]

I just received the game and when i press on the "Install World At War"-"key" in the beginning, the game stalls. Windows Task Manager reports that the game "Does NOt React".
I have installed the last version of Mediaplayer, i have Direct X last version and a good PC running XP.

Some kind of process is giving difficulty, namely drwtsn32.exe. Any idea, has this something to do with the game.

Can you please upload a DirectX dialog file (se FAQ sticky in this subforum)?

Also, what applications are running in the background?
