Input Error

I haven't played BIN since GGWAW came out, until last night. When I started the program, I got the message "Input not Supported". Screen went black and then the game started up. The game ran fine after this. When I shut it down, I received the same message again. Every time I start the game and shut it down I get this message. I also tried KP. Same message. Everything else seems to run OK?????

The only thing that I changed was I updated video drivers..
