Update Refused

Hey. I have a problem downloading 2.41. I am currently running 2.3 and everytime I hit True Update, it tells me UV is not installed properly and can't update at this time.

Does that mean I have to re-install the game? Will I lose my current PBEM? A little help would be great! Thanks, John

I had EXACTLY the same problem.

But dont worry ! here is what I did :

I used the member area from matrix games and I found there the link to the matrix games ftp server where the patch is located. I downloaded the patch and opend it ( iirc it was a zip ) I extracted the zip file and ran the exe file which was included in the zip.

and voilá v.241 appeared ! [:)]
