Computer Shutdown?

I just loaded the program to my laptop. When I play the game, about 30 minutes into it, the computer shuts down. No crash to desktop, and no indications of a problem. Just a cold kill.

Does your laptop shut down with any other programs?

I had this problem once and it turned out to be a heat issue.

Try running a fan pointed to the back of your laptop. or near where you the processor is located.

Just an idea. Machines just turning off for no reason very often relate to heat issues, like a broken fan or something of that sort.

It could be that GGWaW is running the processor very hot, and the fan is not able to compensate or is not working.

Sounds like a heat issue. Broken fan, bad cooling strategy or simply dust [;)]
