Axis Decisive Victory as Germany Alone

Yikes, finally after 3 days scored a decisive Axis victory as Germany alone, mostly through tons of armor & fighter research, and by waiting an extra year to invade the U.S.S.R., waiting until my armor was pumped. The key seemed to be taking Leningrad in one turn, and Moscow the next. The rest was pretty much just mopping up. While mopping up there, defending vigorously in Northern Italy with plenty of armor and air, aided by the rugged terrain. Got the victory pretty quickly (Summer 1944), BUT, note that I had to use the no supply option in order to achieve this, since your supply otherwise would just get eaten up repairing all the railways and resources you tear up in the Soviet Union during your attacks. I'd like to know if anyone's achieved this WITH supply, and if so, HOW???

I've done it pretty much the same way...with Armor and Fighter research. You need some early Uboat research and I tend to get a few other things along the way as well, but by and large, simply getting to gigantic tanks as quickly as possible makes it very difficult for the Allies (especially the AI) to win without following a mirror strategy.

At any rate, try with Supply on. Its a much more satisfying game. Without it, you are missing so much that makes the game fun IMO.

Well, the game isn't balanced for no supply, so that really doesn't count
