Buying Options for Alex and Julius ?

Post by bhaktamichael »

I downloaded the demo for Alexander and am sold - great gaming system and I would like to purchase both games in both CD and download format - I read mention of Julius being available to order in both formats sometime this week? Also I think I read of a possible bundling of the two selling option? Let me know - eager to buy and play as it is a heavy snow day in Colorado! Thanks.

The latest word I have is that the main printing machine at Digital River is down at the moment. They are hoping to have it back up today, in which case the Julius Caesar boxed copies will be available today. If that doesn't happen, the release for boxed versions will be sometime on Monday.

thanks, Erik - probably order Alex today and get back to order Julius when the dual option is available from the store. I am in Frederick, Co about 25 miles east of the Front Range - nice farm town centrally placed between Denver and Boulder east of I25 between Denver and Ft Collins. 6 years here and I am still amazed when we get all this snow with all my gardening plans once again suddenly on a week hold!

Yes, I was just logging on to confirm:

The boxed/physical copy option for Julius Caesar is available today! The store cache is still clearing, but you should be able to access the Box + Download and Box Only options today.

Ditto for me - thanks for info, Erik - one of clinchers for me was your praise for AI - I respect your opinion around these boards and that coupled with the demo and the feel I get for the company has me a happy downloading customer of both games with the hard copy packages to follow.

Great!

The thing that kept me from getting this was that it was download only when i checked.I have a bad habit of uninstalling games when i get a few new ones and then reinstalling older games when i get tired of of the newer ones.

Guess i'll be picking up the game then.
