Game keeps auto alt tabing while i give orders

I have noticed that since i installed the version 1.5 that sometimes when giving orders the game will alt tab out to windows.... kind of a pain in the butt as it happens in increased frequency the more you play. IT also does it sometimes when game is left alone with combat reports and combat graphics turned off( so i can run the turn while making super or something) I will come back and the game will have alt tabbed out.

It does not shut the game off but it can be a pain as sometimes it will do it for a period of 10min every order i give alt tabs the game than it just stops and starts doing it again later.

Has this been seen before? Or is it new.
