looking for a slow pace game, since i cannot do more than 3-4, maybe up to 7 turns a week.
setup would be as follows
realism options
-sub doctrine: both on or both off
-Fog of war: on
-adv. weather: on
-allied damage control: on
-historical first turn: either on or off /jap choice
-player def. upgrades: on
-vary setup: on or off /your choice
- Dec. 7 surprise: on
-Reinforcements: as you like it
game options
-auto sub: off
-upgrades, replacements, expansion of bases: off
-Turn cycle: 1
no allied orders on turn 1 except for taskforces and subs at sea, nothing else
patch: 1.5

What's about 2 days/turn and rules for the first turn:
japanese - only one port attack
allies - no changes to TFs, subs or ships, missions for airgroups can be set freely (but no transfers), all allowed in China
