Hello Customer Support Order 99191317

I cannot access customer support via email. I received an confirmation notice that my credit has been charged and that Flashpoint Germany has been shipped. According to Puralator this is not the case. The order date is May 16 it is now the 19th what's the hold up?

Do you mean that you don't have e-mail access at all? If you do, please e-mail support@matrixgames.com with your order information and we'll make sure that it has shipped out.
