Opposed FT invasions can still be done, you just need to bring another supply-laden FT and land it the turn
following the initial landing. The invading unit should thus receive supply before its first assault (because naval ops are executed before ground ops). At least this is my current working hypothesis after doing a FT carrying both troops and "unorganic" supply, Unfortunately, landing supplies alongside the troops made no difference - they're bingo all the same.
