I need help with the patches!

I have downloaded the patches fine. When I run the patches program, it takes me to the user agreement, then next it asks me for a serial number. It says I should have recieved a serial number when I ordered the product. I got it off E-bay, not the Matrix site. What or where is the serial numebr? The version I have has Russian writing on it. I've tried every number on it to no avail. Help me please.
