In the indoor mode, I have a few questions.

1. How many teams can you have in the indoor game?

2. Is the scoring and stats accurate for Arena Football (EX. Teams Scoring 80+ apeace)

There is no longer a hard coded maximum number of teams in any mode, so you can have as many as can fit on your hard drive (just about unlimited).
