Serial Number does not work in new patch

Hello,

I downloaded the new patch today, and tried to run it. When it asked for the serial number, I copied and pasted the number from the email I got when I bought the game. It gave me an invalid serial number error. This serial number oviously worked in the past since I have the game installed and running.

Is anyone else having this problem. If there are any official Matrix gamer people reading this can you offer some suggestions?

The reason I am downloading the patch is becuase when I check show rough ground, and show cold weather terrain in the preferences screen, I do not get any result on the main game screen. Does anyone know a fix for this?
