Artillery losses

Has anyone else noticed a high rate of off board artillery loses under 1.3? I just lost 5 pieces from 6 shots (4 from 1 unit alone) . . . which seems rather high, although I haven't done the math. Taking 50% loses to a unit on the first turn of a battle seems rather high.

Seems pretty unlucky to me. The offboard loss chance is direclty related to the EW level and also the ratio of offboard tubes. If you where in a high EW environment and seriously outnumbered in tubes it could happen.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
