Game Release

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

I don't even want to think about any problems that could arise. If I don't have the game for the Holiday weekend, I will have a nervous breakdown.[:(]

Oh and guys, if you would, I would appreciate it if everyone refrains from trying to download until around 2:00 pm ET so that I will not have any possible problems when I download at 12:00. Thank you so kindly.[:D]

I am sure if they were not going to release the game today as planned (for download), they would have informed us of that by now.

Technical difficulites may arise of course (server crashing under load, etc). But let's hope these types of issues will be minimal (if they indeed occur at all).

I just noticed that virtually everyone who has posted in this thread is online at the moment waiting impatiently....watching the clock advance EVER so slowly....I haven't looked forward to a game this much since WitP. Ok, posting this killed another couple of minutes - now it's a couple of minutes closer! [:D]

Why release it at noon? As soon as they are ready, just make it available....
