Looking for Japanese opponent (CHS) CLOSED

I’m looking for Japanese opponent for CHS game (extended map). I prefer historical play, fair-play approach, no gamey tactics and “anything goes” strategy. I’m not going to exploit any game quirks myself and would like to play with an opponent who thinks in a similar way… and of course no quitting, no whining! I have some house rules (that make sense), not too many of them. Startup options can be discussed.

I can manage 1 or 2 turns a day, more on weekends. My time zone GMT(+3).
