Or perhaps a Sopwith Triplane in post-war configuration with extra seating for taking up thrill seekers and tourists?

It's called a Wight Quadruplane, and was a one-off prototype tested by the British in 1916-17, apparently with unsatisfactory results. I don't think the Germans were silly enough to try something like this.
