Unit adustments

G'day again,
On page 64 of the manual it state u can change attachments of units, I have fiddle with this, and it apperas you can transfer men from one division to another, all u do is click on the an empty area of the unit command box, now this is where its start to get a bit confusing, sometimes I can bring up a slide box that u can transfer soldiers from unit to another sometimes it doesn't work. There seems to be a big lag time between what should and actually happens. Also the manual doesn't explain clearly enough the procedure. Is it broken?

You can only transfer men between divisions of the same type that are in the same area.
In general, that menas light cav to light cav and not to irreg, heavy, lancers etc.
The only exception is that you CAN transfer militia into infantry divisions.

Yes there is a small lag in the mouse pointer updating - you can take actions without waiting for it, and they seem to work for me.
