2 New Bugs

1. You can take an extra diplomatic action by right-clicking on the map before going through the treaty screen. Playing as Spain I rt-clicked on Turkey and selected "Offer Ceasefire". I then when to the Create Treaty screen and offered a treaty to France. All this despit the fact that I was only allowed one diplomatic action.

2. This is minor, but should never made it through testing[:)]. Playing both a PBEM game and a single-player game, all my save files now default to the PBEM directory. I can change it back to the Save directory manually, but shouldn't have to.
