Is it better to take the Caucusus by paratroops and then withdraw on the next round on your transport or use the transport to try to reinforce your forces in the Caucusus?

That really depends on what you have and how good you did on the first turn. There are other uses for the para, as you can take Rostov instead of the Caucasus, this will most likely kill units that are building up as well, sometimes even a tank.

I perfer to withdraw the air borne so I can use it again next turn, but the problem you have with reinforcement is that you only have one transport and short of taking Turkey you are not getting anymore. So if it dies and you can not get to the troops before they are attacked then they are gone for good.
