The Upholder class were sold to Canada when the boats went inactive due to budget cuts. Most if not all were sold in 1998

Yes, I know. And the Canadians renamed them the Victoria class. They've apparently had a lot of problems with them. You've probably identified it correctly. It's a bit small for a Trafalgar...
